Yes. You may submit as many applications you feel are appropriate, though we recommend narrowing your choices down to a few jobs that truly match your skills, experience, and interests. You may however only apply once to the same job listing.

Our job descriptions will include any application deadlines. For most of our openings, we accept applications on a rolling basis, and we encourage you to apply sooner rather than later.

We will not respond to the same job application twice. If a new role has been listed several months down the line, you may apply again. We advise, however, that you pay special attention to the role description and make sure your CV and experience is well suited to the position.

Of course. You can join our Talent Community to stay up-to-date on career opportunities that match your skills and interests, learn more about our culture and access exclusive skills development workshops and events with like-minded professionals around the world.

If you know anyone at Sand, ask them to refer you and indicate their name in the relevant section when applying for the position.

Hiring Process

Sand’s hiring process involves 5 key steps:

  1. Application: Submit your online application and make a great first impression.
  2. Intro Call: Meet the team, learn about the role, and ask questions.
  3. Assignment: Complete a role-specific task to showcase your skills. This is the most important step of the hiring process.
  4. Team Calls: Interview with team members and assess mutual fit.
  5. Offer: Receive a formal offer if selected, after reference checks.

The exact process may vary depending on the role. For more details, check out our Hiring Process page. We look forward to getting to know you!

After you apply for the position, we will check to see if you are a good fit for the role. If you haven’t heard from us in 2 months about an application, we have likely proceeded with other candidates. Our recruiters might reach out if we find a different potential match for your skills, interests, and experience.

While the exact duration can vary depending on several factors like the specific role and volume of applications, we generally aim to complete the hiring process within 4-6 weeks. Our recruiters are dedicated to reviewing applications and moving things forward as quickly as possible.

Tech role interviews at Sand typically involve assignments completed at home or in a live coding session, designed to assess your practical skills and problem-solving abilities. The goal is to understand both your technical skills and your potential to thrive within Sand’s culture and values.
